    Rez Immunity

    Since patch 2.1 SE made adjustments so that after you are raised you will not receive damage from attacks for a certain amount of time. From my own experience, this has worked as intended everywhere EXCEPT The Wreath of Snakes EX. Is this intended since this is a high end trial or was this system somehow removed from this encounter?

    Certain attacks just ignore rez immunity for whatever reason.

    I'm really not sure why the stuff in Seiryu EX does (Both the giant and the orochi can hit you through invincibility, which will likely kill you if you time your rez poorly), though, since it's usually only a thing reserved for savage raids.

    You're immune for 5 seconds or till you use an ability. You're still able to walk around so you should be able to move in time.

    It seems the giant shiki left/right slam goes right through res immunity even if you don't do anything after res. I think it's just how it's coded. Maybe an oversight, not sure if it will be corrected.

    Not if you raise into the slappy hands Seiryu’s Aramitama does. It will kill you while you’re still in the raising animation.

    Yeah, there have always been certain attacks that it doesn't protect against. The hand slaps being one, as I found out the hard way today.

    Seiryu isn't the first to disregard this. I've seen it happen in Savage raids too. Sometimes it's because of server ticks, and sometimes it's because of how the mechanic itself was programmed to keep you down unless you time things better (or, you know, stay alive).

    I always thought it worked liked hollowed ground does. Certain stuff just goes through. better to be safe then sorry

    I believe this was posted around 4.3 iirc, but should still apply. He emphasizes that rez immunity protects against most attacks, so it would make sense that curveball attacks will ignore the immunity.

    I don't foresee the devs changing this, otherwise they would have likely done it already.
