    Just too bad most will read it as "not before march 2013". SE really need to work on their formulations.

    And actually, even if they did mean oct-dec 2012, it still means the development process is planned to start in oct-dec, so there will be no player housing, no free companies and no mail system at launch. Which is rather disappointing, mail system at least is a must.
