Ok awesome, thanks for the reply ^^. I'm glad they are going to change the cities, even if it's just a little, they are just way too bland and boring right now.Hey guys,
As I have been busy playing the new patch 1.21 I have gotten behind in checking the forums. I have been skimming over them here and there but since there was a lot of dev post after the patch I may have missed some infos. I'll go back through the dev tracker today and see if there's anything new. In any case, I updated the second post and crossed out things that were added in patch 1.21. Namely job related things and cutscene replay feature are now implemented.
edit: finished looking through english dev tracker and there was nothing new about 2.0. In reinhart translated thread there was a couple new things so I added those.
also in response to this:
If you check the PDF with the concept art, it shows some tiny pics of the new city designs. It's hard to tell but you can see Ul'dah has some garlean machina there, and limsa has a big PvP arena. So yea they will change the city too.
The pic on the left here? It's a garlean outpost. It's hard to tell but you can see Ul'dah has some garlean machina there

Yeah, that's not Uldah, It's an Empire base. Here are translations of the concept art for further clarification:

In the french interview (Final Fantasy World) there is something interesting (dunno if already mentioned)..
I have lots of ideas in mind but if I started to explain to the players, they would say: Yoshi-P, begins to finish what you promised. So I'll do what I promised, and then I can begin to tell you about my new ideas. But when I say that I have ideas, that means something concrete. For example, jumping, swimming, transform into a dragon...

Yea some interviews I didn't cover it, because it wasn't translated into english so I couldn't understand it. I could have read it with google translator, but I don't know how accurate the translation is and I don't want to give out wrong ideas. I did however, link the original dev post containing all the 2.0 interviews so people can see all the interviews there, and read them and interpret them on their own.In the french interview (Final Fantasy World) there is something interesting (dunno if already mentioned)..
Being able to transform into a dragon is a pretty neat idea indeed, I wonder if yoshi-p will add something like that. ^^
It was a npc in xi who did this and i wanted it so bad lol.Yea some interviews I didn't cover it, because it wasn't translated into english so I couldn't understand it.
