Not naming and shaming on the OF is in the forum’s ToS. Again, that doesn’t make it “PC”—PC means “politically correct”. I’m giving you the definition here because you seem to be conflating “being PC” with “following the rules”. Asking you to abide by forum guidelines of “don’t name and shame other players” is not being politically correct. It’s asking you to follow the rules of the forum.

There's really no reason to be belligerent. Especially when most of the people here were only "correcting" you for your own sake. You seem to be laboring under the impression that we either like or at the very least are apathetic about the bots you called out. We aren't. Would you rather we said nothing and you got slapped with a ban instead?

You seem to understand that the forum guidelines include a zero-harassment policy and that 'naming and shaming' falls under that policy- i.e. it's against "the rules". What we seem to disagree on is if "the rules" are inherently "PC" (at the same time using PC in a manner that conveys negative connotations, which is another matter entirely). The fact of the matter is, this is a public forum for an online game that is played (and paid for) by an extremely large and a wildly diverse group. "The rules" have to be PC in this situation, if for no other reason than SE needs to cover their behind (note that I can't even use the word I would like to here, for the same reason) and make sure that no one, in this diverse group has legitimate grounds on which to base a complaint, let alone an actual lawsuit.

TL;DR- Anonymous people on the internet have tendency to act like children, so SE is forced to treat us like children, and make overly-strict rules to ensure that we all play nice.

None of the individuals who have responded to you here are GMs. We are all players just like you. It is rare for any thread to get a GM or Community Rep response in any subforum aside from Technical Support.

I'm not a crafter so bots weren't very noticeable to me until I started to play healing jobs in leveling roulette. Once I had to pay attention to other people it became noticeable how rampant botting is. Sometimes it feels like it's someone multiboxing too and trying to pretend they aren't but it's easy to detect.

Really ruins the experience for me so when I get a healing job to 50+ I only do trial roulette and beast tribe quests for xp.

So far the only kid here seems to be you. You even post frantically and with lots of typos like one. Yes, if a GM says something about rules, it's supposed to be followed. That's what adults do. Kids just complain about them and that they can't do whatever they want to.

So? Your FC not having rules doesn't mean that everywhere else should have the same rules. If in your FC, everyone called each other a b**ch and it's allowed, would you do it everywhere else?

If people are unsubbing over the bots in your FC and the leaders still don't want to kick them, it's time to look for a new FC or have everyone that's unhappy about the situation make one. Either that or you're just making things up, because if the leaders aren't doing anything about it, then they really suck.
