One bullet hole is not going to do more then the next....There isn't because the devs and animators didn't bother to put in special killing blow animations. it would take a lot of effort for no benefit. It makes sense even in real life, because when someone is dealt an instantly fatal blow, whatever they were wearing would damaged harder than it would have been if they survived the blow.
Can you use your imagination for a bit an imagine that the killing blow is the one that you failed to block properly, because you were weak on strength? And that's the one where the monster's spell/claws/sword/whatever tore through your armor and mortally wounded you?
