Missing White Mage Chocobo Barding

This one happened a fortnight ago yet no one on other support sites seem to respond. I purchased a reagan pepper to respec my chocobo skills once it reached rank 10. I put all the skills into the tank skills and I was rewarded with the Paladin armour for my chocobo, however when I used a second reagan pepper and put all the skills into the healer skill set, I never unlocked the white mage barding. I've asked members of my FC about it and they themselves have gotten the barding from the same process, so I can only assume some bug has happened and ask for help restoring the barding.

Respeccing your chocobo will not let you get the other bardings. The only way to get them is to get your chocobo up to rank 16 to max a second tree, and 20 to max all 3.
