    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Based on your trace route, you are taking a strange route to the server. This has been reported before where players from Brazil are routed through Europe before connecting to the servers in North America. I can't tell for certain because some of your hops time out between Brazil and New York. Additionally, you are getting some rather high pings (~140ms) before you leave Brazil, making the longer route worse.

    I'm not sure why your friend has fewer issues , but you can see that you are having trouble keeping a constant connection on hop 12.

    I'd recommend contacting your ISP as they are the ones that control your route to the server.

    Einmimiria, i already contacted my ISP and they say that theres no problem from their service, that i should contact the tecnical support from the game, since I had played a lot of games (League of Legends, Wow, Overwatch, etc) and never had a problem with lag or drop.

    As you said, my friend and I have the same response to tracert (mine is even better than his), and the game keeps DC only me.

    There any other test that i can do? Or some department on SE i should contact?

    I think I may have worded that incorrectly. I'm not suggesting that there is an issue with the service itself, but with the route you are taking. The artificially large distance you are taking is contributing to your disconnections.
