    Cannot download patch files

Hello! So I've been trying to update my game but I can't even get it to open without the boot error occurring. I'm currently on PC windows 10 the current error I'm constantly getting is [11003][20402][19901][2] and I have tried most other fixes that don't seem to help.

    You got it!

The first occurrence was 1/13/2019 around 7 PM. I have a wired connection and I had nothing running at the time. i tried turning off all my firewall and malware protection which are just the Windows Defender and MalwareBytes and then
I restarted the PC. I then attempted multiple reinstalls to see if I would get anything other than the code i was getting. That didn't work so I also attempted to change my DNS and that as well didn't work. That's basically all i've tried along with googling the error code but that didn't get me very far either. :3

Thank you for the update linkinlogs.

If you have not done so already, please try changing the Internet Explorer settings:

Open the IE browser, open the "Tools", go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
    - Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and change the compatibility mode to "Windows 7"
    - Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
    - Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"

    Hope to see you online!
