    Disconnecting, but only in dungeons?

Typically it's right when I zone into a dungeon, this time it was right when I passed the purple threshold into the final boss' room.

I narrowed it down to dungeons, because I sometimes leave my character logged in for hours and hours at a time while AFK and never come back to a disconnect; it's specifically in dungeons. I tested it just yesterday and left my character logged in the entire day I was at work, and didn't D/C. Literally the second dungeon I did after getting home gave me a random D/C upon zoning in. It doesn't happen EVERY dungeon, but it does happen often enough to be worth posting in tech support forums

Any help or information would be appreciated!

If it helps, during the disconnects I don't actually lose connection to the internet. The browser works just fine, no packet loss, no error code in-game for it either.

EDIT: I'm not sure if this is relevant but it is a VERY RECENT issue. I recently reinstalled, made an alt and leveled it up a bit. I got it to 50+ and not one d/c upon dungeon entry. I switched back to my main and decided to purchase and install Stormblood and give it a try - this issue has ONLY happened so far in Stormblood dungeons, I don't know if it's restricted to those but it has only happened in those so far.

EDIT#2: Issue seems to have resolved. I changed from a static IP to a dynamic IP and did an IP /release and /renew, as well as a DNS flush.

Same thing is happening to me. Attack last boss to dungeon instant 90002 error with zero lag when happens. I use direct wire from my dish to my pc. This is happening to me at all dungeons 50 and below. Not having problem with ones above level 50.

Playing on PC, wired directly to the modem, typically just a web browser like chrome or firefox in the background. Maybe spotify for music occasionally. Since it's disconnections all I've really done is check my portforwarding and power cycled my modem. If I have to, I'll try to repair/reinstall the game but that's kind of a last resort for me at this point.

As far as how often it occurs, it's really not too often, a few times a day in very active day of playing

Good afternoon and thank you for the update X_zenith.

    Please try the following:

    - The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
    - Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and change the compatibility mode to "Windows 7"
    - Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
    - Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"

-Make sure your fire wall or antivirus program is not interfering with the game

-Try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC.

    Hope to see you online!
