What the game needs is a proper learning curve, and Dungeons should fulfill that role, bridge the gap between casual timesink based content and harder trials.

Yesterday i was in the Aery, leveling roulette, a mentor ninja couldnt be bothered to do a single thing, using throwing knives constantly at melee range, i've never saw a single ninjitsu skill. The BLM was spamming fire III without consideration, and when out of MP, would stand next to enemies without going into umbral ice.
I would tolerate this in Sastacha up to Toto-Rak. But in a lvl 55 dungeon?

This people shouldnt be able to progress if they dont know how to play their classes at the most basic levels. Dungeons stopped being a learning experience like in brayflox, after that every dungeon is just the same, difficulty wise there is nothing going on for them and since most people running them now are way overgeared and leveled, the terrible sync system doesnt help either.

This game has no learning curve, and thus, we have people that is level 70 in most classes and can't even play one correctly... Let alone the skip potions.
