A lot of people actually. For example Asmongold popular streamer from the WoW community shames people based off their character profiles in that game.

Not to mention the OP can be called out as a hypocrite for having this stance:

There's nothing wrong with purchasing things from the Mog Station. Anybody who tries to shame others for doing so can easily be described as unhinged.

Problem is, if you check his lodestone he has multiple cash shop mounts. He can't take a stance on this particular issue if he is part of the problem, without being called a hypocrite. He cannot just throw those mounts away.

Unfortunately, account wide so not even deleting character would work. I guess he could delete character and all alts, and never use the mounts!
