This sound like a personal problem OP. I encourage you to seek counseling as this seems like a small part of a much bigger issue. I understand how you feel with buying stuff in games as I had a problem with OW loot boxes for a while. But SE's mog items inform you before you purchass them that these are digital items and can't be refunded and the like.

You can delete your Square Enix account. This then allegedly makes it gone forever. However, support may be able to reinstate it. That's how you remove all your MS/CE items.

I recently submitted a ticket to support about removing all bought items from my account, that being mogstation and collector edition items. Why do i want to do that? Because i feel like a complete and utter idiot for buying all this mogstation and collector edition garbage and im embarassed to have it on my account. In addition to that i want to take a stance against all this anti consumer bullshit this game got going on that only seems to be getting worse.

I waited in anticipation for SE support to have this in my opinion rather simple request resolved. They answer back that they cant do it, which in my opinion is complete bs because if i somehow got items against the ToS on my account they would remove it in a heartbeat, and when i actually want items removed they cant do it? A company and MMO of this caliber and they say they cant remove items from a users account when the user WANT them removed? I find that just ridiculous.

Anyway if anyone can explain to me why this apperantly is a unsolvable request i will be happy, still very dissapointed nonetheless.

Too late. You are already part of the problem. Making a stance after buying multiple items, very hypocritical, because under that philosophy you buying all that stuff is the reason these problems started in the first place.

You could just play on the free "demo" of the game. Use their product and not give them any money. Or you could just delete your account altogether. Would you really miss it?
