Encyclopedia Eorzea II establishes that Dalmasca was split in two after its fall, with Lea Monde being the capital of Dalmasca Inferior and on the coast. If anything happened to it, it would be very recent. The thing that has been bugging me about the map fran is using is where does the cartographer hail from if they are from Garlemald it would make more sense why Dalmasca is noted rather than Rabanastre but if they hail from Dalmasca why not name the city Rabanastre. Lea Monde being absent might be because something bad happened there or the map itself is much older than Lea Monde existence
