BLU Can't learn spell

I've personally havn't check any spell location on the internet, I find them simply by killing stuff and looking where 50+ BLU gather
Also the chat is a good indicator, "LFG FINAL STING" or "STOP KILLING IT BEFORE IT CAST U &é"è&"@!" are also good clues.

Altough I agree, they could have given us a "bit" more clues for those who wanna simply discover by themselves.

You don't have to get hit by any of the spells to be able to learn them. You just need to let them use it at least once before killing them.
