BLU dungeon spell RNG

Welp, ran through Haukke Manor 12 times, every time getting Manor Sentry to use Level 5 Petrify in both fights.

Guess RNG is borked as usual for anything dungeon related that's not guaranteed. Shoulda seen this coming. Can't wait till I see the travesty of EX Primals

You are running Haukke Manor (Hard) right? If so then it's just RNG saying no I'm afraid.

It is the sole reason why they are not willing to put in Blue Mage.
It is always a job relies on RNG in console version or in FF11, please dont complains

Keep in mind that the main reason behind giving certain spells a low chance of being learned is to slow down progression. There isn't much for Blue Mage to do after collecting all of its spells. If Blue Mage had access to more content, the process of learning spells wouldn't have to be so slow.

RNG is RNG, there is no such thing as "reasonable" RNG.
RNG will not called a RNG if it is controlled by a set of variables

And also a lot of Blue Magic isn't RNG to obtain (Quistis, Strago, Quina, Kimahri etc)

Quistis Card game/RNG drops, Strago/Quina/Kimahri all needed specific monsters within RNG encounters so yes Blue always has had RNG with it not always tied directly to learning the ability but sometimes encountering said monster so with ffxiv being an mmo only rng they can choose is actually learning it as monsters are stationary
