Did Labyrinth of the Ancients via duty finder but no progression for the story,etc

Well customer service wasnt much help.
A week ago I qued in the duty finder, Labyrinth of the Ancients so I can do all the ARR 24 man alliance & get through the story.

I finished the 24 man raid, duty finder gave the green check mark on the duty finder page BUT the quest is still in my journal, its not marked complete & telling me to que in LOA via the duty finder.

I'm like...i already did that. Do I have to do it again? Am I missing something?

Have you tried running the Labyrinth a second time? I think it's supposed to trigger a cutscene as soon as you leave. Maybe the system glitched up for a moment and failed to do that for you.

Just checking but your quest at the right when tracked says "use the duty finder to enter the labyrinth"?

• Make your way to the gate located to the southeast of Saint Coinach's Find.
• Use the Duty Finder to enter the Labyrinth of the Ancients.
• Speak with G'raha Tia at Saint Coinach's Find.

It's possible you have to talk to someone at the gate, or now afterwards (G'raha)? Giving it another whirl is a thing to try too of course.
