    Thank you for the update Asradel.

    Since you can connect with your phone, it would seem that your ISP may be having trouble connecting to the server. I'd recommend contacting them to see what can be done. Unfortunately, China is outside our area of support, making it difficult to provide assistance.

    its still not resolved

    Update: I installed ethernet in my apartment. I am now able to login the game.

    However, the issue is still not resolved. I was able to play with my phone's hotspot in Baoding, but not in Cangzhou. I highly suggest SE to find a way to replicate this problem and find a proper solution. I have read through the forums and found the poorest excuse is to blame the ISP. To ignore this issue to is to forget the reason for the utter failure of this game when it first launched, that is, nearly complete inaccessibility.

    May I suggest an option in the launch page to refresh the login if it does not appear, if it were that simple.
