Glitch at The Ghimlt Dark

Everytime I try to run The Ghimlt Dark, me (or any healer, as I was hearing) is facing some error screen saying that an unexpected error happened exiting FFXIV. That error always happens when I'm fighting against any enemy from the 1st boss onwards.

If I try to ignore the (modal) error window, all the animations stops working, new status icons don't show and any screen change results on black screen.

■Steps:
1. Play as a healer (I tested White Mage, but saw relates that Astrologian is glitching as well)
2. Enter in a group (via duty finder) at The Ghimlyt Dark
3. Engage the boss with DoT spells
*Add more steps if necessary

Can you elaborate on the error screen? What kind of error message are you getting? When did this first start happening?

Your system report doesn't list a dedicated graphics card. Are you running the game on the Intel graphics that's listed?

That's a window appearing in front of the client, with the text "An unexpected error happened. Exiting FFXIV". And the message box lists also some modules and some hex number. I'll take a screenshot later (since I'm at work now) and post here.

When did this first start happening?

Yesterday, when doing the said dungeon and facing the first mid-dungeon boss. After casting Aero II on the monster, the system gave me the error.

After that, I done one additional test, enteriong on Wanderer's Palace (Hard) solo (to not let someone without a healer because I crashed) and the error happened on some normal mob.

Besides that, the game was working properly. I was even doing MSQ without any problem.

Yes. I'm running the game on a Intel Graphics card. And that was the first time the game crashed.

ffxiv never supported playing on intel onboard graphics.

The above poster is correct, Intel integrated graphics are not officially supported with the game, however, that doesn't mean you can't get it to work. That being said, the game is constantly evolving and the hardware needed to run it may change. Just because you were able to run the game in the past, doesn't mean that will always be the case unfortunately.
