Recently resubbed and looking for a Free Company to join and play with!

Hey hey!

I'm currently stuck in Lich but open to transferring to another world under the right circumstances.

So, I recently resubbed to FFXIV and I'm sorta looking for a casual-ish Free Company to join. Preferably one that doesn't send out impersonal mass invites for the sake of a high member count, only to never speak a word to one another.

I'm honestly not looking to get into a hardcore-play environment. I like running content together with people but don't expect me to grind something in particular for hours and hours on end, seven days a week.

What I'm looking for is a Free Company from social anywhere to potentially mediumcore. The social aspect is important to me. I'm not a massive fan of playing this game all by myself constantly with nobody to chat with!

I'm also looking for a trans friendly Free Company to play with (important!).

A little about me and my FFXIV adventures: I've been around since 2014, maybe 2015... I can't really say for sure. I put about 800+ hours into the game ever since then, and kind of come and go. I have a 70 WAR and 70 RDM, 70 Weaver and 70 Blacksmith. Also put a couple of hours into Armorer (53) and Fisher (61). Led my own Free Company for a while too.

P.s. Social and trans friendly aside, I also prefer a FC that has the 18+ member tag. I'm 26 and love to play MMOs with people somewhere around my own age!

Welcome back to FFXIV.
I run Crimson Steel on Louisoix, we currently sit at 40 members, 5 or 6 of which are alts. We believe in getting to know people before inviting them in, since we are essentially an online family.
We usually sit at the mid-core level. We run rous, dungeons, etc.... together. Every so often we will attempt higher content, however it's completely optional and just for fun.
There is normally people to chat to constantly, I know personally i have a bad habit of forgetting to do stuff because we are busy BSing about whatever stupid topic has started that day.
As for being trans friendly, we have a few members who are trans and so far, we have never had any incidents regarding it. It is simply something I would not stand for and would result in dismissal pretty quickly.
I am for a welcoming and open community, and i know our members feel the same way.

We are not strictly an 18+ FC, however our current youngest member is about to turn 23.

Hey Azena, I'm the FC leader for Order of the Lotus here on Omega. We're a social FC, inclusive, and a friendly group of about 45 active members. We're chill and do a mix of all content, with no pressure to do level or grind. We run maps weekly, and have a general shout when you are running stuff policy so that others can join. I created a little level 1 character on Lich to try to catch you online, Kit Katte. I've made the mistake of posting discord on here before and ended up with a lot of really random people joining. :P Hopefully can catch you on this week (I was sick last week so not around much).
