Help! Performance problems.

but what I really have a problem with is the time it takes to load up character models, both PC and NPC as well as my own when changing gear or teleporting, somtimes I will even encounter a slight freeze which freaks me out.

Just how long does it take?

Because most people have issues like this.

Well, didn't hear about others having the same issue, but my GPU does have a fan and I been trying to work with CCC in hopes of finding a way to keep things stable. Other than all that, things seem fine, a rare crash here and there, and the Opening CSs seem to be a bit laggy, especially for Gridania. The only graphics option I left checked was the hardware mouse and everything else is at standard. I also switched FPS cap to 30 because I heard it helps a bit.

take off shadow and everything else and see if that help and then turn on one at a time and test which one does lag you but sadly i think with low end card you can't have any of them on.
