Help! Performance problems.

Well, didn't hear about others having the same issue, but my GPU does have a fan and I been trying to work with CCC in hopes of finding a way to keep things stable. Other than all that, things seem fine, a rare crash here and there, and the Opening CSs seem to be a bit laggy, especially for Gridania. The only graphics option I left checked was the hardware mouse and everything else is at standard. I also switched FPS cap to 30 because I heard it helps a bit.

take off shadow and everything else and see if that help and then turn on one at a time and test which one does lag you but sadly i think with low end card you can't have any of them on.
