Avoiding Besaiders and Balmung

In the 15~20 years I've played MMO's and before that MUD's I can't think that I've ever been kicked from a party or group. I don't see what this has to do about me personally but I've never done anything to you Hiir Noivl I don't understand this kind of response. Blacklisting me seems like a very petty thing to do over internet forum drama but your free to make up your own mind about things.

In fact I don't understand why you even want people who don't want to be on a RP server on Balmung.. what are you even trying to accomplish in arguing with me? I'm simply letting people know who may not be in the RP scene and have not heard this anywhere else.. where is the harm in that?

Nobody's asking you to stay. If you're going to post an alarmist rant about it, of course you're going to be called out on it. In a game where you can easily solo to level cap and endgame content takes 8 people, your fear of a tiny subset of players is laughable. But, hey, good luck finding your imaginary perfect world with nobody you don't like on it.

People please ignore him, he has been parading around the general forums with much harsher versions of what he is saying here..... but his old stuff did not work so he is trying this. I don't know what his problem is, but some of his "kind" in general chat have even refereed Besaid as an "infestation" and people needed to be warned so they could evacuate -.-

I have no problem merging into Balmung. I don't even see the communication 'problem' as an issue. I play table-top games from time to time, or at least I used to (those things eat up more time than MMOs). And I have played with people to roleplay the language of their character and I have played with those that don't, usually both at the same time. Once people begin to understand that some personal filtering changes, "Yo, man." into "Hail, friend!" and reverse as well, then even communication is a non-issue.

As someone who does not RP, I should be able to speak the way I want, and the RPers simply filter what I say into a different lingo.

And the same is true for those that do RP. They can say what they want, and as the meaning is obvious I can filter it into a less flowery sentence that retains all its meaning.

I'm from besaid and i have never have any problem of any kind for not RP. In fact i have never seen someone RPing...

I don't know what you guys thinks but (from what i heard) like 95% of the besaid community don't RP.

There is no way you have been playing MMORPGs for 15-20 years, and have the kind of attitude you have for RPers. It would have been simple as saying "Hey just for people that dont know, Balmug will be the RP server" and that is all you would have to say. but you took it way beyond that.

I don't rp, but I love that people can get so much enjoyment out of games like this. I respect their community and don't really understand how being on the 'rp server' could impact my gameplay in a negative way.

Hmm.. maybe they are afraid that Balmung will be the lowest populated server post merge, and that fear is probably valid. Nothing else makes sense to me why they would be so opposed to the OP.

what deluded world do you live in? the only other explanation I have now is that you are just a troll. Nothing you have said is backed up by anything, the only negative thread at all on both server forums is the one you have made.
