Do people play this game?

I'm trying to do Heaven on High past floor 10 because I've never seen the rest of the bosses before but I have been in queue for more than 6 hours.

Do people not play this game anymore? I understand it's not current content but I would imagine out of the entire playerbase, there would be at least 3 people trying to queue for it

Yep, quick queues for 21-30, over and over. All times of day. You might have to PF the floors to get there.

Floors 1-20 are the 'one and done' content.
As Sturm says, its 21-30 that people spam for levelling, and above that for the challenge.

You can solo it to clear those floors.

It depends also the hours you queue, if you playing on a world where your playtime is 3am in the datacenter zone.
Will be nice to see a screenshot of your 6 hours queue, 'tho.

Heaven on High was a thing people didn't want to play. i don't now why it a fun content.
you can get fast exp and all the loot from 1-10 spams, this is where SE fucked up.

I'd say try getting a party together with friends or PF. It's a lot easier than trying to queue solo, especially for HoH
