Hello,
I'll get straight to the point. I'm a streamer on Twitch that plays Final Fantasy XIV, and the game has been frequently closing or crashing while I am streaming. It seems to be more prevalent whenever my character is in a highly populated area, such as a Raid or Eureka, or any place where people flock to obtain new content early on after release. Sometimes the game will simply close on its own, without warning. Other times, I get an error message, like this:
An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.

I've even had a couple instances where my computer has frozen completely, I get a blue error screen and my computer is forced to restart.
I've attempted to alter my graphics settings to try to combat these crashes, but to no avail.
Why does this keep happening? Is the game's graphics too powerful? Is my computer hardware (motherboard, CPU, GPU, etc.) not strong enough to run both the game AND a live stream show? What can I do to stop this from happening? Please advise...
