    New computer getting 7 fps

    we have a new computer but it is only getting 7 fps on FF14.

    AMD Radeon(TM) RX 580 with 8GB GDDR5 Graphics Memory
    2TB 7200RPM 6Gb/s
    8GB, DDR4 2666MHz with 16GB Intel Optane SSD memory
    Windows 10 Home (64bit) English
    Intel Core i5-8400 [8th Generation Intel 6-Core Processor (9M Cache, up to 4.0 GHz)]

    Ping 27, download speed 80 MBPS and Upload 11.8 MBPS.

    Would the graphics card be causing the issue?

    What other info do you need? Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

    Not ultra PC savvy but I have a friend that just got a new PC as well and had similar issues because he didn't change the graphics output to the graphics card in the FFXIV graphics setting menu, it was using the on-board graphics chip instead. Might check that, and make sure all your drivers are up to date.

    Please provide the following

    -When did the FPS drop start occurring?
    - What have you tried to resolve the issue?
    - Please provide a system report by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
