SE needs to fix this. It is entirely due to changes made with 4.5 and they have yet to acknowledge it. Some of the issues reported seem to be helped by running in DX9 instead of DX11, although this workaround does not apply to everyone. Whatever was done was not properly QA'ed across various hardware configurations. Shameful.
