"An unexpected error has occured"

I've been having this issue for roughly 3-5 months. When i originally bought this game it ran flawlessly, but after an update (4.4?) It's been pretty much completely unplayable. I'll play for anywhere between 5 minutes to 5 hours and it's the same.

I've tried the following:
-Reinstall of DirectX drivers
-Reinstall of Windows 10
-Reinstall of Graphics drivers
-Reinstalled sound drivers
-Messed with bios
-Bought new Ram
-Bought new Graphics card
-Changed internet providers
-Looked through dozens of forums and took random advice from there.
-Ran multiple Diagnostic programs (some paid)
-Used 2 different computers
-Turned off all overlays
-Ran in borderless/fullscreen, Dx11/Dx9

I'm out of idea's, and i'm getting really irritated over the matter. I'm paying for something that's unusable, as well as spending roughly $800 in items/programs/services trying to fix this problem in hopes maybe something will change.

I'm assuming that i was either overlooked, or no one has an answer to the above issues. When i first had this issue, a simple clean reinstall would solve it, but now it does absolutely nothing.

You are not the only one who feels overlooked, ever since 4.5 I can't even play the game unless I lock the game to 75fps which is not acceptable for me. I'v only had 1-2 replied from people while I have provided as much information as possible

I apologize for the delay in our response. You mentioned that you purchased other components for your computer, was this system report before or after those inclusions?

Do you notice any pattern to the crashes? You mentioned it can happen randomly, but does it happen more in specific areas or while doing certain actions?

You've gone through a lot of the troubleshooting that we usually offer. Unfortunately, it's a bit difficult to narrow done where the issue stem from sometimes. You mentioned you tried using two different PCs (and several different PC parts). Are there any similarities between the different builds you've had?

The problems happened with both new and old computer components. The pattern is at random, i could be sitting in limsa/fc house doing nothing, or i could be doing a raid/dungeon/instance and it'll still shut off. PC has GTX 1080, laptop has 1070, both have similar specs otherwise. I've ran multiple temp checkers to see if anything is overheating, or has weird temp fluctuations, as well as multiple different benchmarks for pretty much everything in both my laptop and Desktop.

SE needs to fix this. It is entirely due to changes made with 4.5 and they have yet to acknowledge it. Some of the issues reported seem to be helped by running in DX9 instead of DX11, although this workaround does not apply to everyone. Whatever was done was not properly QA'ed across various hardware configurations. Shameful.

I've switched to both DX9 and DX11, fullscreen, windowed, and even lower the graphics to lowest possible. Nothing changes haha, why should i continue to pay for a game i can't even play? Amiright?? I mean i love FF14, and i've met some pretty chill people playing it, but i'm not gonna continue to pay for something that is broken.

Have you tried doing what I did and lock your FPS in the games system settings ?
That is how I fixed my 90002 error although its not acceptable tbh when I get 92+ fps. If even that doesn't help I would honestly do what I have and contact SE support, its taken me a while but apparently they have escalated my case to the responsible team.
