Lag spikes keeps happening every once awhile and it always making the in-game actions unresponsive, but I can still chat with people during it.
This is the test from WinMTR as suggested by a friend.

It's not just you. I saw many players on Siren having disconnection issues. I did notice a great many players /AFK, not sure if they're all botting, or what. I have near 0 latency with my fiber optic, 100u/100d, near 100% uptime, so I'm sure it's not my ISP nor my home network. It seems like the ISP that SE is with has heavy traffic, or just SE's servers with major problems (maybe it's related to the upcoming data center move)

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider
-Connection is wired.
-So far I have tried log on NA peak time and off-peak time including midnight. I noticed nothing different in particular regardless of the time I play.
-I replace my old modem to a new one given by my ISP Cox.
-I have also moved my router to a higher place to make sure signal is good.
Thank you for the information Miziliti.
Was this connection test done before or after you changed out the router?
It looks like you are getting some fluctuations along your entire route. Unfortunately, it's hard to tell where the issue lies because you seem to be getting latency spikes in several locations. It looks like the average response time is pretty low, but you do have these highs of 333ms at the beginning and end of your test. It really only tells us that you are getting lag spikes as opposed to where they are coming from.
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
The test is done after I changed my modem. I don't really know how to find the cause of this issue.Thank you for the information Miziliti.

Thank you for the reply Miziliti
The lag spikes you are getting seem to be along your entire route. Because of that, I'd suggest contacting your ISP about the matter. We can only give suggestions that will help stabilize the game client. If you are having issues outside of that, you may need to contact your ISP.
