Excited for New Game +

I don't really understand the point. Is it just the ability to re-run old quests you already completed in the past? Does it reset your level? If there's info on this... where is it?

It's so you can redo the story again, but without having to re-level, and (presumably) without locking yourself out of content you've already unlocked.

Would be hilarious if you had to go through the whole story again to get back to being able to do the new content. . . like the very painful but very funny kind of hilarious XD..

I'm curious if you can "new game+" on a job you haven't leveled all the way. Doesn't really help me that much unless I can choose which expansion to go back to but I imagine some people might like the ability to do that on a job they've not leveled.

Also wonder how they'll handle the GC, if you can have two GC active at once or if you'll have to abandon one to try a new one. They might have covered some of these curiosities already but I can't recall then lol.
