Automatically exits client

I was on my main character working on the new MSQ 4.5 content that came out. When I encountered an error of it automatically logging me out and closing the client. At first I thought it could be on my end as I had just recently redownloaded the FFXIV Client after not playing for a while. I was able to log on all my other characters on the same account without any problems. I am on Cactuar which does tend to get very crowded during new patch days. Could this be the possible cause?

- Error message (if any)
- How often error occurs/ when and where does it happen
- What was tried to resolve the issue
- System report (go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' )
