Name-Specific text commands not updated to reflect the new name syntax.

Text commands that use player names do not appear to be working - either using the old syntax or the new, updated syntax that includes @World.

Example:

/pcmd add "firstname lastname@World" is not working

the new definition of the pcmd is
→Executes various party commands. Can only be used to display the Party menu or add party members when participating in a cross-world party.

Sadly i'm afraid that's it's not going to work anymore.

This seems to also affect commands like "/invite" which doesn't have that stipulation that /pcmd had:

/invite "Cursix Nishenaha@Brynhildr"
“Cursix Nishenaha@Brynhildr” is not a valid PC name.

I noticed the same thing with /pcmd add
/pcmd add "character name
/pcmd add "character name"
/pcmd add "character name"@Balmung
/pcmd add "character name@Balmung"

This appears to be affected more commands like /ta.

/ta "Cursix Nishenaha@Brynhildr"
“Cursix Nishenaha@Brynhildr” is not a valid target name.
