Thread: An unexpected error has ocurred.Exiting Final Fantasy XIV. (17)

Hello

My main character (Behemoth Server) crashed into the hotel while trying to teleport to gold saucer.

I can create and play in other characters normally, but only one that I can not log in (my main character).


I believe it is not a problem in the installation of the game because I can play in other characters, but I have already reinstalled, I did a clean boot, I changed to directx9 and deleted the personal folder.

Gustasantos, how long has this crash been going on? Also when did it start happening? Please also provide a system report by Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

It started about 24 hours ago.

The mistake started when I tried to teleport from the inn to Gold Saucer.


I believe that if I teleport my character to another location any problem can be solved

Only this character gives an error in trying to login. Others work normally.

I tried logging in now on the specific character and the error still persists.

In other characters does not give this error


The mistake is when it's time to log in with the character. Since yesterday I can not log into just one character.

Please submit a bug report in game by typing in /supportdesk and then it will bring up a menu. Select " Report a Bug".

I had already done that and GM asked to get in touch with the game's support yesterday and today. I got in touch with the Support of the game and they sent me to this forum and now the forum is sending me to GM again.

I honestly do not know what to do and I'm starting to get pretty upset about this situation.

I was able to log in without any problems today. I'm happy to be able to play again. Thank you all for your help
