New housing items in 4.5

I was really hoping for a toilet too! Dang! But the new items are actually not that hard to make.

Going to do some redesigning now that there is an official loft. And the pastry displays will be perfect for my baement bakery-cafe. I've already put in the steppe kitchen and made a fat cat sofa for a friend. The sink will go great in my bathroom and matches the carbuncle tub well.

Sadly, both my house and storage are at or near the 400 cap limit, so I'm going to have to throw some stuff into my apartment (aka, my extra storehouse)

The plus of the sink is, people had been using 2-5 items to make a sink before. Taking all those out and putting in the new actual sink will free up item slots! :-)

At least it's something that makes sense, another figure/statue. I still don't know who thought that turning the giant kitty cat into a side table and a chair (with abs) would make any sense...

I totally disagree. I love that the primal furnishings this time around aren't completely over the top like they have been previously. I can actually put them in my normally furnished home, instead of having to design trophy areas around them.

Oof yeah, that one was pretty bad. I love the Suzaku, Shinryu and Ixion furnishings though.
