New housing items in 4.5

Starting this thread to post screenshots and information about the new housing items added in patch 4.5. I'll be adding new screenshots as I get more of the new items crafted.

But first, the new items purchased with Yellow script.

Left to right with a Summoning Bell for scale:
Fruit Stall - 100 Yellow Gatherer's Script
Vegetable Stall - 100 Yellow Gatherer's Script
Mineral Display - 100 Yellow Gatherer's Script
Pastry Cupboard - 100 Yellow Crafter's Script
Fabric Rack - 100 Yellow Crafter's Script
Potion Rack - 100 Yellow Crafter's Script

All are tabletop and can be dyed, traded and listed on the MB.

It's a pretty simple (level 45) Woodworking crafted item, as are the Wooden Steps and Wooden Beam that can go with it.

Not sure how it is on your server, but on mine they are moving pretty quickly for like, 200k. If you get them on there quick, a couple will probably sell. People are going to be filling their houses with these I imagine.
