Honestly i find the penalties still too tame. Anyone who chooses to leave the instance without a vote abandon having happened and passed should get a penalty.

Screw that. I don't wanna be stuck sitting around at 7/8 or 6/8 with a crucial role missing just because the rest of the party doesn't wanna abandon.
