They are outside of a few changes. Planary Indulgence 30s change was much needed, Assize got a nice buff, and Cure III definitely needed the Enmity reduction, that one was a bit too powerful on the aggro gain. But the rest...yeah, waste of time.

It was not taken into a lot of mid to late game parties back in FFXI because it was so mana heavy that it ran out during longer fights. So in a sense, yeah, it was a staple of being one in FFXI.

The new table-lamp is really pretty, and I like the shelf with the hanging plant-pots. And the vegetable patch.

The loft is nice, but I don't think I could fit it into my house without totally redesigning things.

(I like the sewing items too, but putting them in my virtual house will just remind me how badly I'm neglecting my real sewing projects...)

Also while it's not listed under "new furniture", the lily-of-the-valley flowerpots are sitting on a "flower cart" item I don't think I've seen before.



"Time of My Life" GATE is a little disappointing to lose altogether. It was a good way to see what emotes looked like for different races.



The new coat seems oddly similar to the one we got last time... but the boots look really nice! At least I think they will. Could be a bit bulky-looking but I'll have to try them out.



Other than MSQ, custom deliveries for Adkiragh are the main thing I'm looking forward to this time! He's been there all odd and mysterious for ages, and we'll finally get his story.

i be happy to get it 100% wrong but it was SE that did say they will never do 3/4 jobs is a row. they did say it after they did nin then the 3 jobs for 3.x
but now they will give 3 new jobs?
some may think blue is not a job/ a mini game /a whatever. SE call it LIMITED JOB. so SE do see it as a job, just a limited one.
this is not something we as players need to support at all. so for now it blue so some people that never was go to main it / play it say it ok. now think that the next LJ be dancer, how much people be happy then? after all it even more clear to be a LJ as it need to dance not kill monsters.

I haven't participated in any of the BLU salt threads, as I wanted to wait and see the patch notes.

Now that I've read them, I'm really confused as to what the point of BLU even is. With other solo content such as crafting, there's a point and a reason to do it. But BLU? Fight enemies and learn new skills you can't use anywhere besides open world and the masked carnivale?

You can also use it to clear/farm level-appropriate dungeons/trials/raids either solo or with preformed party.

But at this stage, the main reason is simply to try it and see how leveling/gearing/skill progression works. Some people might end up liking it and others might not and SE could adjust their plan for the job in the future.

I kinda view it like a mini game like Triple Triad or Chocobo Racing. Just a side activity.

I'll just enjoy it for what it is and be happy with my ability to spit sardines at monsters and self-destruct for no particular reason (I'd like to hope that's what we learn from bombs because it's been a staple in practically every game with BLU).
