I've run into a situation that I'm almost certain this is meant to solve:
A party member is kicked or leaves the group
You open your menu to leave the instance
A new party member enters the instance
You click Leave before noticing the party is full again
You get a leaver penalty
With the new system, only the first person leaving the instance will get a penalty. Other players can leave without incurring a penalty, even if the party becomes full again.

BLU can’t do squad missions or deep dungeons... nice, don’t let the solo oriented job do the most solo oriented content in the game...
If you don’t want them to level off it SE fine, just make it so they don’t earn any exp for doing it, but let them go in!

Don’t forget, they can’t do Hall of Novice.
However will I go on in life.
I admit, I’m interested in going around and collecting all the abilities, because I like doing things like that, but I wonder what the staying power of BLU will actually be.

I like some of the QoL changes, like being able to teleport out of the inn room. Also, goodbye Time Of My Life, I won't miss you.
And finally there's the BLU part of the patchnotes, which I suspect many hearts will break if they didn't know about limited jobs before. Nothing we didn't know so far, although I don't see the point of not letting you go into squadron missions with it. It's you and a bunch of NPCs, it's even less involving of other players than if you went in there with a pre-formed, so why not allow that? Just lock you to what you can enter with your level naturally, which it does that anyway.
BUT I THOUGHT THE IMPORTANT THING WAS FOR BLU TO LEARN SKILLS FROM ENEMIES??????????????Certain blue magic spells can be acquired via Whalaqee Totems.
I'm laughing so hard tears are coming out. SE please.
The penalty change... will be interesting to see the feedback. That's a pretty harsh change. Means basically an entire party can get penalized if they want to leave before they can vote abandon.
New Achievement points award. Goodie, time to go and instantly get it lmao
I don't like this. It should've been default to the character on the World you're currently on. If they're not on, tough, and then add the @world. This is an anti QoL change to people who communicate with their friends in tells. When using the /tell text command, it is now necessary to add "@[Home World]" to the character name (no space).
Actually most of the changes related to that are anti QoL changes, and should've had a default option added to them. Because if you don't plan on using the world visit system, life will be a bit more complicated for you.
At long last, I will be able to raise my Eureka comrades. The display of party members is now prioritized in all areas.
The Pagos nerfs were underwhelming. I was hoping more for a cut down on costs rather than increase in drops, since that would've helped people who farmed already and might've been able to move on already with what they had on hand. Oh well.
A bit of a mixed bag QoL wise, this patch

Not sure if the WHM changes where actually worth spending time on. They seem to be a list of near nothings unfortunately.
