There's not really a super-versatile class quite like the WoW Druid in this game. I'd say the closest thing is the Arcanist, the one class that has two jobs (one DPS, one healer).

Red Mage seems to come pretty close, too, but it's also sort of like the hero classes in WoW in that you have to get to a fairly high level to unlock it.
