Entering lower level dungons drops oath

I have experienced a bug where ever since I started playing (4.2 patch?) that when entering a dungeon as a Paladin if I have my oath up, the oath drops. I have to re-apply Shield oath when entering a dungeon. This mainly happens on dungeons that are lower level than my current level.

anytime you enter a synced dungeon all that stuff gets reset.

It is not a bug. Annoying as it may be, it is working as intended.
Any time you get level synced, various stances (like Shield Oath or Sword Oath) and spells (like Protect) are dropped and will have to be re-applied.
