No, it's not fun to fight the same battle 99 times.

it indeed is not. That's why I'm absolutely fine with doing a fight only a handfull of times while it's 'relevant' and then wait till you can breeze trough it unsync to actually farm it. I have my PvP mounts (like the yellow ADS & magitech Avenger) for 'prestige' anyway

Trying to keep people occupied in an MMO is fine, but doing an EX fight more than 99 times isn't healthy and will only result in severely burning out your customers. They can wait the 9 months and buy the mount, but why even leave the burn-out option in there, not to speak of the disappointment of going 100 runs to earn a 9 month wait.

The op has touched on a fair point. It isn't fun at all. Mounts should be available on release for 99 totems, if you did the 100 runs you earned it.

I personally will wait until could run all fights unsynch and solo or 2 man them.
I have a history of bad luck in this game and do not call it fun running a fight 99 times, i have done that for gear so no thanks.
