These link just text. I want to be able to mouse over the ability/achievement/quest and see a tooltip for that item. You know, just how you link items.

I know about this. I don't want to lower the quality of EVERYTHING in EVERY ZONE. I want to be rid of all the people that afk around NPC's like the Eureka NPC for example.
