Sujet : No Preliminary 4.5 Patch Notes?

Well it is the new year, so I'd expect those in a day or so.

During Live Letter they said people will be on vacation for new year still so no pre-patch note, only the patch note when server goes down on monday. I still hope they manage to put something out before that though.

nothing til severs go down. 1st week of January is major holiday season in Japan so everyone's off. Yoshi-p will do live patch notes reading next Monday sometime I believe. (jp audio only)

Thanks for the heads up. I've been refreshing lodestone periodically in the hopes of seeing the notes, so this gives me closure.

just take the 4.3 patch notes , change some instance names. change the item lvl from 360 to 390 for Alliance raid. change the weapon from 365 to 395 and you got most new information.

Add some funny job changes like
WHM Cure 3 buffed, increase enmity
MCH Blanck now does damage so you have to fit it in your wildfire too.

Usually we get the preliminary notes on the Friday morning before a match patch drops the following Tuesday. Perhaps the translations aren't ready, or there are a bunch of things that SE are keeping under wraps to prevent us from trying to get an early jump-start on new content?

I couldn't finding it anymore, but i've seen somewhere that the patch note will be released the 7th. Don't know if it was official or not thought. Of course, don't take that too seriously, I'm probably mistaken somewhere.

Yeah, at this point we won't get the full patch notes until servers go down. That's their method of preventing players from gaming the system on any potentially new sales or point system rewards that become available once the update goes live.
