Every time there are 2-3 players that just stand around and do nothing. There should be an option to report a player for leeching and if this player gets too many reports he will get a Duty Finder ban for 24h or something like that.

We have one, it's called Vote Dismiss ^^

If players go afk then chances are they also didn't roll on loot, which means you can't dismiss anyone until that disappears and no one is going to wait the 5mins for it and will pull straight in to the next fight. Only thing you can do really is report the players for gameplay disruption I suppose...
Which doesn't work if people don't roll and everyone runs to the next mobs.
@Transient_Shadow So its cool to do nothing and everyone has to either carry your lazy corpse through it or has to find at least 7 other people who are willing to go as premade? Are you kidding me?
Most of these could be resolved if we just reduced the loot timers to 60s. We don't need a five minute timer on all the loot drops. If you can't decide if you need something or not within a minute, you do not need it.
Error 3102 Club, Order of the 52nd Hour
Agreed. The loot timers need to be reduced to 60s. Or at least 2 minutes.
SE just really need to remove the cooldown on vote kicks. The current 4 hours on it is pretty stupid.
Refusing to participate in a duty is already reportable under harassment. The consequences of that are more severe than a 24h DF ban.
