I agree PvP isn't perfect, and I definitely agree that we need more skills so that better players can make use of their experience.

But, I actually find PvP to feel a lot faster. As bard you have burst every 15 seconds, as a BLM you're constantly throwing out F4's and its instant to swap to Ice for mana, for MCH you don't have to wait for procs, etc etc. When I go back to PvE i feel like the game is TOO slow.

Having to face targets in the already fast(er) paced PvP environment does not sound like fun. I'm curious how you think this can help? I'm all for it if it makes sense, but I just don't see it. I remember it used to be that you had to face targets to get spells off so people just had a facetarget macro that would spam. If you think standing still is a better way than to move around then I can only imagine that you are inexperienced. If you just stand still in a Feast match you will be deleted.

I used to like gear making a difference, but I see why it was taken away. Imagine if you were losing to someone simply because they outgear you, not because they're better than you. That seems pretty frustrating to me.

I'm all for seeing others perspectives though to see if maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but I don't really see how these changes would make Feast better.
