PW spawn rate is too low

It might just be my incredibly poor luck or PW spawn rate is unreasonably low.

Based on what I heard from other players we needed to kill around 200 mobs to spawn the enemy and if that is the case that is too much. Half the instance I've been in do not have anyone preparing PW at all and every time I came close to killing the numbers needed either my timer runs out or the instance locks and everyone leaves.

If the entire instance was working on PW then it would be a reasonable amount to kill but the majority of the players in the instance is either afk or farming bunny fate.

pw and ceto are equally rough to spawn as 9/10 times an instance will die before they pop [at least in primal]

really you need a solid 2 or 3 groups of people actively working on claws for an extended period of time to get PW to pop. problem is other nm's are popping and then they go off to do those and then don't come back to claws.

If it is like anything like pazu, louhi, in the other areas I've only ever seen them spawn once in each instance and if just missed it you likely won't see one spawn!

And so far I have one 405 relic so can't be that bad! And I'm on Primal-Excalibur just wish i could try BA a bit more but I would need giuides for each boss I would try blind but no easy way to rez is just really stupid! If anything they could have disabled rdm/smn rez and could only have two healers in a party that could rez.

I just gave up after I got a relic cause the bunnies suck and for me no real way to clear BA. And 80-90% of the time I don't even get a bunny which is stupid and most of the time get you bronze or rmaybe silver they need to make where everyone gets a stupid bunny cause even to get silver or gold is still random as hell and hopeing the bunny doens't die either!

The 4-5 times I have seen PW was when there were like 3 groups killing claws, you need to kill a LOT.

Barong is also very slow; it is only NM I have yet to see spawn.
