I had an issue where I lost progress in Eureka Anemos when I played a few months back. I just recently resubbed and was playing primarily on a new character and I had since forgotten about the ticket I submitted. It has only been 2 days since I resubbed but I got a tell from GM Mouriveha who reminded me of my ticket and quickly was able to compensate me for my lost progression. The work was very prompt and professional. I believe if every GM is like Mouriveha then the players are in good company.
