Houses and relocating

You wont get a plot you want, but you can get a plot of some kind at least, and with a plot you have a chance at relocating to a better one on a lower population world than none on a higher population world.

This is basically what I did in HW when most servers were out of plots. My FC leader found one, informed us and helped me get it set up. It was a small, but when we moved to 18 wards I got a more desirable plot. I then saved up and when I saw a medium open I liked, moved to it. Getting one of the plots that no one wants gets your foot in the door allowing you to ignore the timer when swapping to another plot. This is also advisable if they add new housing, in case of the same rules the last time new housing was added player housing may not be initial available in it except for relocation.
