I've honestly never seen the same RMT spammer persist for more then a day or two.

Though they should be banning them more often then once a day since they have enough time to prepare replacement spammers with that long of a wait. I imagine it's probably because of the sheer amount of time they need to waste relaying all of the reports to the STF instead of just letting the GMs handle it.

Hell, I rarely see the same name persist for longer than 8 messages. SE needs to be terminating entire accounts and suspending their licenses once enough RMT reports towards an account have been made. They need to make it unprofitable.

Only way it'll stop being profitable is if people stop buying. Only way people will stop buying is if the servers get shut down.
