Well, OP, if it makes you feel any better you've more than likely:

1) Bought something from the MB that was being sold by an RMT bot or someone using 3rd party bot programs.
2) Been in a party with someone running 3rd party parsing programs.
3) Sold something on the MB to someone who is using bots, buying or selling through RMT, or maybe even has a parser.
4) Been in a FATE with someone who was running a parser.

Terrible, isn't it? You should probably just go ahead and delete, since there's no way of knowing how much of your FFXIV experience has been tainted by liars and cheats.
