Can't get in to the game

Is there any way to fix this?

try going into config (on launcher) and turning off dx11 then login.. if that doesn't work then i'm not sure sorry! D:

I apologize for the delay in my response. When did this first start happening? Did anything change or update on your PC that coincides with this?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

It happened a day after i managed to play the game, i thought it was doing fine but it seems it just stopped working.

Has the Direct X crash happened before? Also have any changes or updates to the computer been made? Also what are somethings you have tried to resolve the issue?

not that i remember, my computer has been the same in between me playing the game and this error happening.

Until now i tried to turn off directX11 like the user above suggested and it didn't worked.

Thank you for the reply SputnikNStuff.

Your PC might not hit the minimum requirements for the game. Unfortunately, the description for AMD APUs are a little vague so i can't get an exact comparison. This may be causing your crashing, even if you were able to get it to work before.

I also noticed that your graphics card drivers are a little out of date. You may want to update them and see if that makes any difference.
